Ms. Cristen. Our Center Director, has been directing in the childcare industry for 10 years. She is passionate about this field and adamant about creating a nurturing environment for Little Leaders to learn and grow. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from William Paterson University. Three fun facts about Cristen are: she played competitive soccer and softball, she has 2 sons, and she loves spending time at the beach.

Ms. Tara is one of our lead teachers and has over 15 years of preschool experience! She is a William Paterson Alumni with a degree in psychology. Three fun facts about Tara are she was born in California, her daughters attend Little Leaders Academy and she loves spending time with her family!

Ms. Stephanie is our Lead Infant Teacher and she has worked with infants for 20 years. She has her NAMC certification and has a passion for teaching babies to reach their milestones! Three fun facts about her are: she is a foodie, she loves visiting her family in Italy, and her favorite thing in the world is being an aunt to her 3 nephews and niece.

Ms. Jennifer is our Lead Toddler Teacher and has been in this field for 5 years. She has 5 years of Montessori training and loves watching her students grasp a concept for the first time. Three fun facts about her are: her favorite color is lavender, she loves to dance, and her favorite sport is volleyball.
